Who you are dealing with

Titan Omega is operated by Muhammad Abdullah Rathore. Contact: rathoreabdullah816@gmail.com. By creating an account or using Titan Omega you agree to these terms.

The service

Titan Omega audits websites for technical SEO, local search and legal compliance, drafts content and fixes, and monitors the sites you add. Some output is generated automatically, including by AI models, and can be wrong. Review it before you rely on it or publish it.

Compliance findings are legal information, not legal advice. Confirm anything consequential with a qualified lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction.

Your account

• Give an email address you control, and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Only audit, connect or change websites you own or are authorised to work on.
• Titan never changes a connected website on its own. A fix is applied only after you approve it, and you are responsible for the changes you approve.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions at the prices on the pricing page, in US dollars. Paddle adds any sales tax or VAT at checkout.
• Paid plans renew automatically every month until you cancel.
• Some paid plans start with a free trial. Its length is shown on the pricing page when you sign up. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.
• The Student plan is for students in education. We may ask for a student email or proof of enrolment.
• Plan limits (businesses, audits, AI usage, history) are listed on the pricing page. When a monthly limit is reached, that feature stops, or falls back to its non-AI version, until the next month or an upgrade. Reaching a limit never deletes your data.
• If a price changes, it applies from your next renewal after we tell you, never to a period you have already paid for.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Titan Omega to break the law, to attack, overload or scrape websites you are not authorised to work on, to send spam, or to get around plan limits. We may suspend an account that does, after telling you why where the law allows.

Your content

What you add to Titan Omega stays yours. You let us store and process it only to provide the service to you. How personal data is handled is set out in the privacy notice.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as it is, and it can have downtime or bugs. We may change or remove features. If we withdraw a paid plan you are using, you get a refund for any period you have paid for and can no longer use.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

Closing your account

Email the address above and your account will be closed and its data deleted as described in the privacy notice.

Changes to these terms

Material changes are dated at the top of this page. Using Titan Omega after a change means you accept it.
